The Fort Worth Garden Club invites the members of the Fort Worth Audubon Society to a lecture on the bird garden given by ornithologist Stephen Kress . It will be held at the Deborah Beggs Moncrief Garden Center in the Botanic Garden on October 20th at 10:30 AM.

Dr. Kress is a research fellow at Cornell University and is the Vice President for Bird Conservation of the National Audubon Society and the Executive Director of the Seabird Restoration Program . At Cornell , he teaches a popular annual class called 'Spring Field Ornithology' . He will be bringing several titles of books to sell that he has authored. You might also know Stephen for his almost single-handed work to bring the Atlantic Puffin back to the Maine coast.
