Default Little Warbler Fallout, River Legacy Park

I set out today late, around 1:00 p.m., and came upon a bit of a fallout. I ran into a couple other birders, and together we saw, American Redstarts, Black throated Green, Black and White, Nashville, Northern Perula as well as Baltimore Orioles, and a Summer Tanager. ALL were seen at the same time, same location on the trail behind the Living Science Center, other side of creek. I stood on the trail at the location where I turn to check out the bee box that was actually for Wood Ducks.

I intended to go by late morning today after birding the Drying Beds, but was soaked from rain by the time I got back to the truck. I did get over there just before 3:00 and did see a couple of female Redstarts and Nashville Warblers. I could easily have missed others with the bright gray sky and active feeding flocks of chickadees and titmice. It is probably worth a return trip. Thanks for the note.
