Default Fall Warbler seen at Marine Creek today, need ID help.

8/16/2016 I observed this bird high in the canopy. It did it's little chip call every so often. I have not seen many Fall Warblers ever so I got excited and thought it is a Blackburnian based on the orange head. I would really appreciate some of the more experienced warbler birders to weigh in on their thoughts...

No expert here but the throat appears black. I would suggest a Black-throated Green. I have seen several reported recently even though it is a bit early. Blackburnian is very rarely seen here in the fall.
    Thanks, Chuck
