I don't count a bird unless I get a picture ... and thankfully on digital you just delete all the junk shots. Have no idea how many shots I took getting the first Brown Creeper shot but really glad that I didn't have to pay for each miss... they be fast birds! lol

Lovely photos, Jim! Well done with the brown creeper! they show up in my yard every February, and I have many shots of their silhouettes, or tip of tail on the other side of tree.:rolleyes: You bet they are hard to catch! Love those little guys.

If I had birds in my yard I would probably be a very frustated person! They tend to keep me humble as a photographer!!!
