Some recent visitors at our bird area.

We finally have some visitors showing up at our feeding and watering area. Have the birds been a little slow to arrive in other areas too?

Lovely shots Tom!!

I particularly like the Hermit Thrush - I have yet to see that bird this year. Haven't seen any waxwings this winter yet, but since yours have arrived, I will keep an eye out!

This cold weather is bringing them in. On Sunday, I saw my first ever Red-breasted Nuthatch at my homemade suet feeder. There were also quite a few Goldfinches and Juncos. I love love love winter backyard birding:)
