Looks like a busy morning at Starbucks! It's been such a delight watching the waves of Robins and Cedar Waxwings come through our area.

Between the Robins and Waxwings, our Holly Bush berries lasted about 15 minutes.

This Red-shouldered was also anxious for a breakfast break! He sat patiently on our back fence watching for birds below.

We've had 4 hawks in our back yard in the last couple of weeks.

Glenda,

I would have thought you took all of these in my yard, down to having the same birdbath. WAVES of Robins is right! The night before the big snow storm, I saw thousands of Robins flying from the northwest to the southeast. They knew something BIG was about to happen. Then waves again as they moved back through. I saw my local Red-shouldered Hawks mating in the largest oak in the front yard. Cedar Waxwings have plundered my cherry laurels. Love the Starbucks picture especially. At least they get theirs for free!

Great pictures. Thanks for sharing.

Great photos! I don't know about everyone else. but it seems like I have seen so many more Cedar Waxwings than I normally do this year/winter! A firend and I went to Truscott Brine Lake to see Mountain Bluebirds (boy did we!!:D) and Pinyon Jays (didn't:(), but the Cedar Waxwings were all over the place, literally!
