Just read through my emails, which include Texbirds posts. Chris Runk posted that he spotted a Lesser Black-backed Gull on the spillway. He also spotted 2 pairs of Common Golden-eyes and a Red-breasted Merganser.
The spillway is under construction and viewing the spillway is difficult on the weekends when the construction workers aren't there and almost impossible during the week, according to Chris's post. Good birds if they hang around and you can get close to the spillway for the gulls!
