How to post photos in our posts?

I am used to being able to post photos on the Dallas website and while this site is basically the same, I some how cannot figure out how to get my photos into my thread. How do I do it here? I am used to hitting the upload image button and being able to browse and find image. Help!!:o

Never mind - I forgot that I have to post them on Flickr or Photobucket first! Duh
