11/19 – Benbrook Lake – Join our leaders Simone Jenion and Phil Craighead as we explore all the great birding areas around Lake Benbrook. Waterfowl and wintering sparrows should be abundant.
We’ll meet at the Benbrook Antique Mall on Hwy 377, 1 mile south of I-20, at 7:30 AM. This will be a full day trip so bring water, snacks and a lunch. Scopes will be useful. Limited walking but some will be over uneven terrain.
