Description: Bird Watch Open at Tierra Verde Golf Course in west Arlington. Tierra Verde is the first golf course in Texas and the first municipal course in the world to be certified as an Audubon Signature Sanctuary. Each year during Spring migration all the Audubon Signature Sanctuary golf courses across the country compete in the Bird Watch Open to see who has the most species of birds. For the last 4 years FWAS has helped Tierra Verde count the birds. Let's do it again this year!
Directions: From South Hwy 287 take the Eden Road exit and go west (right) then take the 2nd left onto Golf Club Dr.
